Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at contact@concierge-nicolas.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label within 24 hours
  3. Ship the item back to us using the provided label
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Items without original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
